Dieting Tip


Women usually lose their appetite once their period starts, this makes the beginning of your period a good day to start a diet.

  1. Not so for me. I tend to crave chocolate and all sorts of comfort food. Maybe the first day after a period would be good for me.

  2. Another good lil trick I heard a long time ago was, if you feel the munchies coming on, brush your teeth, the feeling of cleanliness takes some of the urge to dirty up your mouth with food away.
