
Grilled Potatoes
One of the ways I make potatoes on the grill is to cut them into thin slices, add a chopped onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil. Cook them in a foil pouch to allow the steam and aromas of the onions, pepper and spices to really infuse the potatoes. I learned this method from Mama Guila.
