Conservatory

Although it's hard to pick a favorite, the Practical Magic conservatory is one the best areas of the house. I created my own version, following cues from this wonderful house:

Clear glass, lots of odd shapes, like bell jars.
Birds and birdesque.
Primary color scheme is white and green.
Light. Lots of light (I used my bay window).
Candles. Wire. Wood. Dirt. Magic.

Right now I'm missing throne branches and my version isn't cluttered enough, but I'm working on it ::wink::

  5. Hello! This is gorgeous - very evocative of the film set. You've given me a couple of ideas for my own place, (I need more indoor plants and I like the way you've grouped things here). I have to say that the Practical Magic house is my fave house ever.

  6. I agree with Raven I love your creativeness, and I call it controlled clutter like my kitchen wall, my mom hates it and says its a mess but i LOVE it, I like having a bunch of stuff to look at especially when it all fits into a theme! keep up the good work Love you!
