We managed to pull ourselves away from the pool, hotel lounging and random ear holding long enough to visit the Chattanooga Zoo, a small but very nice place with a good selection and organized set-up.
Snow Leopard.
Cotton-Top Tamarin, my favorite exhibit at the Chattanooga zoo. Sooo adorable, I'm not sure if he wants to cuddle or eat my eyes out.
Chimp.
The tamarin is adorable. I call little primates like that "pocket monkeys" and If I had a chance, I'd probably take one home.
ReplyDeleteI remember you talking about A liking to hold ears- like the dog's, it was so kind of piglet to lend hers.
Love all the pictures. I think he wants to cuddle with ya. But he does have an onree looksy in his eye.
ReplyDeleteDoes your little one have an ear thing? My mom did that same thing...she loves to feel earlobes. Usually only the youngest person in the family will let her do it, lol!
ReplyDeleteI ADORE zoos. Prolly more than my little one does. You got some really great shots; I'm jealous--mine always have bits of the cage in them.
ReplyDeleteAwesome pics, yet again, Dawn! Love the Tamarin shot!
ReplyDelete~yours and mine would make great friends...they could both sit in silence sucking their "flumbs" and holding eachothers ears!! l♥ve it...i guess my husband did the same and so it has been passed along to our youngest...love the pics...warm wishes and brightest blessings~
ReplyDeleteMy brother kinda did the same thing....he would play with your hair. Mom's mostly but when mom wasn't around it would be me cuz I'm 7 years older then him.
