Did You Say Chocolate & Peanut Butter?
Oh, but I did.
Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/4 cups cocoa powder
2 tsps. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
24 oz. of Peanut Butter Chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and use a cookie sheet with a silpat liner.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Slowly add eggs and vanilla until well combined.
3. Add the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt to wet ingredients, then stir in the chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
4. Bake for 9-11 minutes, should still be soft in center. 3 dozen cookies
I would share a photo of the beautiful finished gooey cookie, but sadly they didn't survive. :)
